Inside Sales Manager (Lead Generation)

Based in Yeovil, Somerset, Go Demand Ltd is a growing company that delivers new business leads internationally in professional services to our B2B clients.  We are looking to recruit an Inside Sales Manager (Lead Generation) to build relationships with senior decision makers, and through multi-touch demand generation campaigns, identify issues or projects that our clients can support them with.

The ideal candidate for this role will enjoy speaking to a range of people and building rapport.  Clear verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is a good standard of computer literacy.  The ability to speak a second language is also welcomed, but is not essential.

You will be confident in asking open questions and helping to find solutions to problems, will have an optimistic and flexible approach, and will be able to demonstrate an ability to respond positively to rejection.  Previous experience lead generation is desirable, particularly in the B2B market, but is not a requirement.

This is a full-time, permanent position, although requests for part-time or other flexible working options will also be considered.  Your basic salary will be circa. £20,000 per annum, with the opportunity to enhance this though a quarterly performance bonus.
